Return and Exchange Policy

First, if you are reading this then you likely made a purchase from me, so I owe you a huge “Thank You” for your support. I hope you are happy with your purchase.

However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase or your item is defective, please contact me for an exchange within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in original, unused, and unaltered condition. If a replacement item cannot be arranged then I will refund the full purchase price. Shipping costs are nonrefundable, and the buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs. Items being returned must ship back to me within 14 days of delivery.

Please note that custom orders are final and are not eligible for exchange or return. I do not accept cancellations of custom orders. 

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact me immediately so I can help to rectify the situation.
